The tension between the Menchu FC and the NK FOLKROLA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Vicente Noe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when Menchu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Dodorol didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to NK FOLKROLA getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Robert Koren hit a great ball. Veselko Recko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Artizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Dalmacio Abeitia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Veselko Recko skillfully saved the ball. Angel Comizzo made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Robert Koren sent off a good shot on target. If Leonel Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Menchu FC's Eulalio Fidensio was substituted for Timoteo Colas. The long shot by Mujo Tavčar in the 69th minute really tested Angel Comizzo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Angel Comizzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Bore Ristič kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Robert Koren could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Angel Comizzo however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bore Ristič got free with Angel Comizzo in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Vicente Noe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Koren. Menchu FC's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slavoljub Bukovec in the 98th minute of play. The NK FOLKROLA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
