Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5790, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robert Koren kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Ugo Gerzić fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Elias Pagomari might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Veselko Recko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Pagomari ran back to his position shaking his head. Veselko Recko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Pagomari in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Lozano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of NK FOLKROLA booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Thiago Almada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Bore Ristič ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Opah Gol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ugo Gerzić in the 21st minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Opah Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, NK FOLKROLA's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Pagomari came free, but Veselko Recko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to NK FOLKROLA getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Silvo Puh hit a great ball. If Elias Pagomari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 33 minutes NK FOLKROLA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dirk Behrens who took care of the corner kick. 35 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Veselko Recko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Jožek Puš got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Almada to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, NK FOLKROLA's Mujo Tavčar got a free kick in the 51st minute. Dirk Behrens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's Ernesto Fernandez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Veselko Recko. That made the score 1-2 after 54 minutes of play. Elias Pagomari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Veselko Recko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Robert Koren scored 2-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Opah Gol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Pagomari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GuateFortín's David Ruiz was substituted for Jorge Bonilla. When Ernesto Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the GuateFortín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Fernandez couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Pagomari in the 68th minute of play forced NK FOLKROLA's goalkeeper Veselko Recko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the NK FOLKROLA defense, Elias Pagomari kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Veselko Recko. The NK FOLKROLA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Veselko Recko should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Robert Koren notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of GuateFortín's Opah Gol. Opah Gol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Veselko Recko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Veselko Recko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Pagomari in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Mujo Tavčar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and GuateFortín's Opah Gol didn't even have to move. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see NK FOLKROLA lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
