Spectators: 7776 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnoldo Licerio started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes PINGO PINGO got a freekick which was hit by Fedor Mrkos. 8 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Raul Isias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elias Pagomari. PINGO PINGO's Raul Isias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save PINGO PINGO from getting a goal against them. In the 17thth minute of the game Ernesto Fernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PINGO PINGO's Raul Isias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseo Umanzor kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Umanzor to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Pagomari got free with Raul Isias in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute, Elias Pagomari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Isias was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Eliseo Umanzor kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Anacleto Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Pagomari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Isias having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Pagomari made a kick off. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when PINGO PINGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Frankenhaeuser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dirk Behrens took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raul Isias. PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Isias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Opah Gol made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Arnoldo Licerio sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Pagomari in the 64th minute of play forced PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Raul Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raul Isias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
