In the 19th match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Dino to maneuver through the defense. WAU team's Dráusio Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Cordareo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Claudinei de Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Bieito was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Mirande in the 63rd minute of play forced WAU team's goalkeeper Dráusio Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Hermosillo FC booed when WAU team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vágner Siqueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. WAU team's Dráusio Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Adrio in the 96th minute of play. The WAU team players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
