Michalis Telemidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Candeias, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Michel Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pracusiowie's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Andreasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If António Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Monte Gordo's zone, Mieszko Munko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Silveira came out of the goal and Mieszko Munko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Walery Malicki notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Academia Monte Gordo's Armindo Silveira. Armindo Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jorge Candeias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87thth minute of the game Michel Andreasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Monte Gordo's Armindo Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mieszko Munko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Silveira having to interfere. The supporters of Pracusiowie booed when Academia Monte Gordo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrício Macieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Academia Monte Gordo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pracusiowie.
