Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Deunoro in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Valério prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Reinaldo Calado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Pes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Calado in the 26th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Israel Salazar put in a rough tackle. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ponte do Carro! Jairo Deunoro scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Valério, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's Altino Guerreiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Pes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jairo Deunoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Valério read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Jairo Deunoro made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Jairo Deunoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Valério saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Ponte do Carro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jairo Deunoro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 61 minutes into the game, Caballeritos del Baile's Jairo Deunoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Valério made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 65th minute, Placido Bermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Altino Guerreiro took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Pes. Rodrigo Pes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Sílvio Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Agustin Ilixo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Jorge Valério to make any attempt to save it. Elvio Larpe hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Caballeritos del Baile's Jairo Deunoro in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Larpe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Valério breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's Jairo Deunoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Valério narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caballeritos del Baile had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
