A collision led to Club Atlético de Newell getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Bobby Bear hit a great ball. After 9 played minutes KKP Spasione Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Polakowski. In the 12th minute Boleslaw Polakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, KKP Spasione Kocury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Awizo to maneuver through the defense. KKP Spasione Kocury's Lech Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Burns in the 14th minute of play. After 18 played minutes KKP Spasione Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Jakubiak. In the 21st minute Johnny Burns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lech Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes KKP Spasione Kocury's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olly Nethercot who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Club Atlético de Newell's corner Olly Nethercot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lech Rosen quite easily take care of the ball. Matthieu Abelard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabin Zubiaga went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute of the match, Boleslaw Polakowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matthieu Abelard saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Matthieu Abelard made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Sabin Zubiaga sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Polakowski got free with Matthieu Abelard in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Olly Nethercot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético de Newell's supporters rose to their feet, but Olly Nethercot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lech Rosen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Club Atlético de Newell's Johnny Burns in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KKP Spasione Kocury's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the match, KKP Spasione Kocury's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Burns came free, but Lech Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olly Nethercot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lech Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Burns in the 52nd minute of the match. KKP Spasione Kocury's Lech Rosen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save KKP Spasione Kocury from getting a goal against them. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Beniamin Jakubiak hit a great ball. Matthieu Abelard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Polakowski in the 66th minute of play. Johnny Burns blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lech Rosen having to make a save. Matthieu Abelard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boleslaw Polakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Matthieu Abelard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Zubiaga in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Greg Bastow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético de Newell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KKP Spasione Kocury the free kick. After 73 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Greg Bastow. In the 77th minute Sabin Zubiaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthieu Abelard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boleslaw Polakowski took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthieu Abelard. Matthieu Abelard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 85 minutes into the match, Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lech Rosen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Johnny Burns's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lech Rosen firmly grabbed it by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Club Atlético de Newell's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Puzio came free, but Matthieu Abelard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KKP Spasione Kocury fully deserved thier win.
