But to his dismay, Fernan George quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Anselmo Arnas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valter Klack read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Emil Niemoj's late challenge caught a The Cavern Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Niemoj helped the player get up and apologised. Cosme Sidro hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valter Klack didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Arnas went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Aballe came free, but Valter Klack reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Hasse Brasse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
