AFC Koolkerke's Mattheo Caspers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Koolkerke from getting a goal against them. Aydemir Okyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthy Verlinden in the 7th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars De Roeck during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Lars De Roeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A long shot from Tao Wei Hong in the 12th minute of play was well struck, but Mattheo Caspers made a really good save at the right post. Aydemir Okyar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthy Verlinden's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 18 played minutes Andrashida got a freekick which was hit by Tao Wei Hong. Aydemir Okyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthy Verlinden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matthy Verlinden made a kick off. Aydemir Okyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Cempenaers in the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Angelo Cempenaers got a free kick in the 57th minute. Angelo Cempenaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Aydemir Okyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aydemir Okyar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Cempenaers in the 72nd minute of play. Matthy Verlinden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aydemir Okyar having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Lieven Neys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC Koolkerke and the Andrashida players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, AFC Koolkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lieven Neys to maneuver through the defense.
