Christian Liknes started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slawomir Fetor in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Idar Istad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Idar Istad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Setara, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 10th minute, Zachary Wojtowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Daustad's goalkeeper Idar Istad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Fetor came free, but Idar Istad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's Slawomir Fetor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Idar Istad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Juliszew SSA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Zachary Wojtowicz hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Dawid Wyrostek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Eugeniusz Setara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Daustad's Børge Børseth got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugeniusz Setara to make the kick off. Eugeniusz Setara charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Juliszew SSA's Zachary Wojtowicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Idar Istad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Idar Istad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Fetor in the 96th minute of the match.
