Hamilton Luis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jozef Hemeleers having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco da Cunha. The corner led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Tadeu Prestes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jozef Hemeleers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamilton Luis came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jozef Hemeleers could save by the left post. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when Winksele 2016 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Burutzagi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jozef Hemeleers made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Falcão Soeiro sent off a good shot on target. Jozef Hemeleers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco da Cunha in the 35th minute. Francisco da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yanis Devriendt to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamilton Luis in the 54th minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeu Prestes scored 1-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jozef Hemeleers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Winksele 2016's Jozef Hemeleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Soeiro in the 57th minute of play. Jozef Hemeleers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Soeiro in the 59th minute of the match. Yanis Devriendt in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Leclerc, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Hamilton Luis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jozef Hemeleers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 82nd minute, Hamilton Luis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jozef Hemeleers was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Yanis Devriendt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winksele 2016's supporters rose to their feet, but Yanis Devriendt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Leclerc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Prestes in the 94th minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falcão Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. A hard shot 96 in the game by Yanis Devriendt from a close distance when the talented Carlos Leclerc managed to make a qualified save. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
