VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Bogomil Chebishev suffered a sore thigh after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Elizardo during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. VN SOKOLI-VARNA made a substitution. Miroslav Nikolov replaced Bogomil Chebishev. After 15 played minutes Los Hermanos CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Elizardo. After 29 minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucas Dembélé who took care of the corner kick. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Haralampi Kúrkelanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Britto in the 31st minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vihren Bozhanov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silvinho Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haralampi Kúrkelanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. When Ilko Garvanov fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VN SOKOLI-VARNA's protests and gave Ilko Garvanov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Ilko Garvanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes of play, Los Hermanos CIMZ's Silvinho Britto made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haralampi Kúrkelanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Ilko Garvanov got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Britto came free, but Haralampi Kúrkelanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fábio Aparecido charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Aparecido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
