After 21 played minutes FC PIETROSUL -MM- got a freekick which was hit by David Tâbârnă. 23 minutes into the match, Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Jozef Hemeleers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorin Busuioceanu. Jozef Hemeleers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Tâbârnă in the 24th minute of play. Jozef Hemeleers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisc Onete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Van Acker charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Van Acker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Winksele 2016's Jozef Hemeleers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Busuioceanu in the 34th minute of play. Jozef Hemeleers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Tâbârnă, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Dorin Busuioceanu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jozef Hemeleers, passed just outside the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Vasile Hâncu could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Jozef Hemeleers however easily saved by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yanis Devriendt to make the kick off. Jozef Hemeleers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Burdujan in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Yanis Devriendt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winksele 2016 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 72 minutes of play, Winksele 2016's Yanis Devriendt made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
