Gláuber Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amerigo Melucci's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Adriano Fracassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Campidelis in the 8th minute of play. Gláuber Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Corvi in the 10th minute of play. Brazil Academy's Gláuber Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Brazil Academy from getting a goal against them. Rony Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Amerigo Melucci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper Adriano Fracassi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cido Paranaense's late challenge caught a Lunatics of Arianrhod's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cido Paranaense helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, Brazil Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Davide Onori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Nascimento having to interfere. In the 29th minute Ettore Corvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Ettore Corvi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gláuber Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 76 minutes of play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Amerigo Melucci made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gláuber Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adriano Fracassi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximiliano Omar in the 80th minute. Amerigo Melucci got in the 84th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gláuber Nascimento handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Brazil Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aírton Souza in the 88th minute. The corner ended in Aírton Souza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lunatics of Arianrhod's Adriano Fracassi did a great save. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Adriano Fracassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo Campidelis in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brazil Academy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
