Spectators: 7804 (Terracing: 5854, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 155) PHOENIX SC's Holin Probohudono started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Kamarudin Simatupang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holin Probohudono took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wágner Ribeiro. Wágner Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 13 minutes of play, PHOENIX SC's Genta Durahman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wágner Ribeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Misericordia EC defense, Kamarudin Simatupang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wágner Ribeiro. The Misericordia EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wágner Ribeiro should have stopped the shot. Holin Probohudono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Holin Probohudono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Holin Probohudono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Wágner Ribeiro made a huge save. After 33 minutes, Bob Maravilha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Misericordia EC and the PHOENIX SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Misericordia EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Maravilha to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamarudin Simatupang in the 38th minute of play forced Misericordia EC's goalkeeper Wágner Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurniawan Bisri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Peres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Misericordia EC were awarded a corner. Bob Fenomeno went to the cornerflag to take it. Bob Fenomeno made a great header on Misericordia EC's corner, it was just that PHOENIX SC's Kurniawan Bisri managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Misericordia EC's goalkeeper Wágner Ribeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valério Peres made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Ujo Haryanto Ie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Eduardo Amaral hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Holin Probohudono took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wágner Ribeiro. Wágner Ribeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. A sloppy throw-in by Luís Eduardo Amaral in the 64th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PHOENIX SC's Lucky Sihite. PHOENIX SC's Holin Probohudono got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Bob Chute hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Misericordia EC's Wágner Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamarudin Simatupang in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Misericordia EC's goal looked a bit too open when Kamarudin Simatupang came free, but Wágner Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wágner Ribeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Holin Probohudono went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holin Probohudono in the 83rd minute of play forced Misericordia EC's goalkeeper Wágner Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamarudin Simatupang in the 84th minute of play forced Misericordia EC's goalkeeper Wágner Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holin Probohudono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Misericordia EC's Wágner Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holin Probohudono in the 87th minute of play. Wágner Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holin Probohudono in the 89th minute of play. Holin Probohudono struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Wágner Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PHOENIX SC. Wágner Ribeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holin Probohudono in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PHOENIX SC fully deserved thier win.
