The long shot by Walery Cizeski in the 6th minute really tested Remigiusz Ikalewicz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Klement Plachetka might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remigiusz Ikalewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Klement Plachetka ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Plachetka got free with Remigiusz Ikalewicz in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute, Patanapong Xintarianos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Krzysztof Domamir was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Antoni Borcz made in the 17th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Octavian Crăiniceanu. In the 21st minute, Andrzej Bentkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Karol Burdzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pogoń Szczecin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogromcy Flaków the free kick. The supporters of Pogromcy Flaków booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Burdzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pogromcy Flaków's Liu Yang Cheng in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Remigiusz Ikalewicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patanapong Xintarianos made a kick off. Patanapong Xintarianos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Klement Plachetka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remigiusz Ikalewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Plachetka in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pogromcy Flaków's Alejandro Gomez got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pogoń Szczecin's Klement Plachetka managed to work through Pogromcy Flaków's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Klement Plachetka dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 85th minute, Octavian Crăiniceanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Krzysztof Domamir. The goal made the score 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Brytan in the 89th minute of play forced Pogromcy Flaków's goalkeeper Remigiusz Ikalewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Olgierd Sakowicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pogromcy Flaków's Remigiusz Ikalewicz did a great save. Pogromcy Flaków's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
