In the 9thth minute of the game Christiano Ferraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuervos AFC's Sebastian Saja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 minutes, Christiano Ferraz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cuervos AFC's Sebastian Saja tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute of the match Cuervos AFC got a corner. Romando Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Martxel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cuervos AFC's Ismael Martxel to fire away a dangerous shot which Clemente Hermes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Romando Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Amauri de Barros hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Christiano Ferraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sebastian Saja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 27 minutes Cuervos AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Silas Paraíba who took care of the corner kick. Cuervos AFC's Sebastian Saja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Brito in the 32nd minute of play. Ramiro Brito scored 0-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Saja, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramiro Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Saja having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cláudio Biaggio struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Clemente Hermes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuervos AFC. In the 59th minute Christiano Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Saja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cuervos AFC's Sebastian Saja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Cuervos AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th match minute, Romando Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Brito to maneuver through the defense. Dráusio Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Cláudio Biaggio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Saja came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Romando Futebol Clube's Christiano Ferraz. But to his dismay, Christiano Ferraz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Romando Futebol Clube booed when Cuervos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Martxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romando Futebol Clube's Ramiro Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clemente Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Biaggio in the 96th minute of play. The Cuervos AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Romando Futebol Clube were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
