In the 16th minute Maximo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Downing Mueller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of TALLERES DE CBA booed when Leeton United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blade Pincini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Downing Mueller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Matia in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Eugenio Matia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Downing Mueller. Leeton United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Matia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Alejo Pacorro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paz Gledden in the 40th minute. Carson Sobezak struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Alejo Pacorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leeton United FC.

The wind increased when Eugenio Matia made the kick off in the second half. Teodosio Remicio charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosio Remicio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alejo Pacorro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paz Gledden's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. A collision led to TALLERES DE CBA getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Serafino Firme hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Downing Mueller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Gabrio. Blade Pincini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alejo Pacorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Leeton United FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jervis Nurthen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paz Gledden in the 72nd minute of play forced TALLERES DE CBA's goalkeeper Alejo Pacorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leeton United FC's Paz Gledden in 79 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Alejo Pacorro guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Paz Gledden sped through TALLERES DE CBA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alejo Pacorro. The Leeton United FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
