Clemente Hermes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İlbey Çetinel went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After 25 played minutes Romando Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Fernandez. If Tefik Kraja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Hermes made an important save on a dangerous shot by İlbey Çetinel in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Brito came free, but Rüştü Recber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, HORIZZONT's Mirza Yazargil got a free kick in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiano Ferraz to make the kick off. After 52nd play minutes Rahim Sidam shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Clemente Hermes and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of HORIZZONT booed when Romando Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélio Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Tefik Kraja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Hermes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Clemente Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlbey Çetinel in the 67th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, HORIZZONT's Tefik Kraja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Hermes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After some careless play in the Romando Futebol Clube defense, Rahim Sidam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Hermes. The Romando Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Hermes should have stopped the shot. After 80 minutes, Guga Pinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romando Futebol Clube and the HORIZZONT players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erkut Yatuk's late challenge caught a Romando Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erkut Yatuk helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes HORIZZONT got a freekick which was hit by Erkut Yatuk. After recieving a nice pass, Romando Futebol Clube's Francisco Zonta tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rahim Sidam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Hermes was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
