Henley on Thames United:s Ross Armitage showed great skill when he stopped Antero Couto:s penalty. 33 minutes into the match, Antero Couto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage. Ross Armitage was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute, Sporting Tuga FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeremy Gray fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Glenn Westwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Glenn Westwood was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Glenn Westwood's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusébio Caiado was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Henley on Thames United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
