Danilo Teixeira made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sporting Tuga FC's Mete Mete. Manfredo de Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Telmo Silveira went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Telmo Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfredo de Souza having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Botelho got free with Eusébio Caiado in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sporting Tuga FC's Eusébio Caiado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Camargo in the 69th minute of play. Raimundo Camargo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusébio Caiado came out and tried to block the shot, but Raimundo Camargo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 71st minute. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Raimundo Camargo took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Eusébio Caiado to make any attempt to save it. Eusébio Caiado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. After 84 minutes Sporting Tuga FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danilo Teixeira who took care of the corner kick. Armando Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Eusébio Caiado made a huge save. In the 88th minute Henrique Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfredo de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manfredo de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Pimentel in the 91st minute of the match. Tadeu da Silveira hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Telmo Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute.
