One of BiBa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tres Lomas FC:s goal. Ralf-Willy Fürderer had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Martin Smeby's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Martín Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre-Yann Latocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BiBa reached it. When Andre-Yann Latocha fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BiBa's protests and gave Andre-Yann Latocha a yellow card for diving instead. After 37 played minutes BiBa got a freekick which was hit by Andre-Yann Latocha. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Demmel to make the kick off. BiBa were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Tres Lomas FC's much stronger midfield.
