Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rob Burton kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Randle Rutledge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sydney Ross didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cato Onstad went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cato Onstad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sydney Ross read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Reign's goalkeeper Oso Udoy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rob Burton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oso Udoy having to interfere. In the 31st minute Manly FC were awarded a corner. Mourad Rocchi went to the cornerflag to take it. Oso Udoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Randle Rutledge in the 34th minute. Randle Rutledge did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Oso Udoy 37 minutes into the match. Oso Udoy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Randle Rutledge showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 47 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cato Onstad to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rob Burton in the 53rd minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Oso Udoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Red Reign! In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Manly FC. Mourad Rocchi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Oso Udoy. 3-1. Rob Burton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Manly FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randle Rutledge to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Randle Rutledge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manly FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Patrick Lenard kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Manly FC made a substitution. Mister Yasin replaced Rob Burton. In a very dangerous position, a player in Red Reign fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! Red Reign's Oso Udoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randle Rutledge in the 83rd minute of play. When Randle Rutledge came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Manly FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randle Rutledge couldn't finish the play. Sydney Ross made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Arlín Telleria sent off a good shot on target. Oso Udoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Randle Rutledge went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Mister Yasin put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Oso Udoy. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Manly FC had played much better football throughout.
