Spectators: 7654 (Terracing: 5742, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Roch Betonowy took the kick off in the first half of the match. Roch Betonowy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Herena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Gecionis having to interfere. Jaroslaw Domamir hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Jerzyk came free, but Ariel Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Śląsk Bytom's Olaf Wielowiejski pulled a muscle in his leg after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Śląsk Bytom's Ksawery Charlos was substituted for Olaf Wielowiejski. After a rather tough play, Abuba Akotonon FC's Aarón Anselmino got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ariel Tximitx came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Śląsk Bytom's Krzysztof Maciejewski. But to his dismay, Krzysztof Maciejewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some careless play in the Śląsk Bytom defense, Valentín Barco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Piotr Gecionis. The Śląsk Bytom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Piotr Gecionis should have stopped the shot. Roch Betonowy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ariel Tximitx came out and tried to block the shot, but Roch Betonowy slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 40th minute. Zdzislaw Jerzyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Tximitx having to interfere. Ariel Tximitx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Wietrzychowski in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clemente Herena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Śląsk Bytom booed when Abuba Akotonon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Barco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roch Betonowy scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Napoleon Wietrzychowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Tximitx having to make a save. 56 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's Napoleon Wietrzychowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ariel Tximitx narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Śląsk Bytom were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Abuba Akotonon FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Krzysztof Maciejewski took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Zbyszko Napierkowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Krzysztof Maciejewski scored 4-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ariel Tximitx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Maciejewski in the 63rd minute of play forced Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Ariel Tximitx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Leo Ursino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Piotr Gecionis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Abuba Akotonon FC were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Śląsk Bytom's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Silvio Quinteros took the corner. Abuba Akotonon FC's Ariel Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Betonowy in the 68th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Maciek Wróbel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Krzysztof Maciejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentín Barco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Piotr Gecionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Abuba Akotonon FC booed when Śląsk Bytom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Domamir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piotr Gecionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentín Barco in the 93rd minute of the match.
