The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Gwidon Prusinowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soflov FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwidon Prusinowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piotr Gecionis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliks Nieruchliwy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Piotr Gecionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 15th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Piotr Gecionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Patricio Salamon managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Śląsk Bytom's Roch Betonowy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice moves Roch Betonowy could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Patricio Salamon however easily saved by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goal looked a bit too open when Feliks Nieruchliwy came free, but Piotr Gecionis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Roch Betonowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwidon Prusinowski hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Piotr Gecionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 36th minute of the match. Piotr Gecionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 37th minute of play. Piotr Gecionis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute of the match Soflov FC got a corner. Śląsk Bytom's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. It was David Oriol who took care of the corner kick. 80 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Piotr Gecionis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliks Nieruchliwy. Patricio Salamon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Betonowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Piotr Gecionis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 86th minute. Soflov FC were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Śląsk Bytom's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Oriol took the corner.
