Yağız Uluberk was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Piotr Kozlowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Piotr Kozlowski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of FC Gdansk36 booed when Bir Garip Oyun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulkadir Öğeturk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piotr Kozlowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yağız Uluberk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, FC Gdansk36 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartlomiej Chmelyk to maneuver through the defense. Zbyszko Makarewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behçet Canol in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Behçet Canol in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbyszko Makarewicz saved FC Gdansk36 from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Bir Garip Oyun's goalkeeper Yağız Uluberk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piotr Kozlowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Kozlowski in the 21st minute of play forced Bir Garip Oyun's goalkeeper Yağız Uluberk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Abdulkadir Öğeturk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24thth minute of the game Behçet Canol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gdansk36's Zbyszko Makarewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Piotr Kozlowski notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bir Garip Oyun's Yağız Uluberk. Yağız Uluberk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yağız Uluberk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Piotr Kozlowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. A collision led to FC Gdansk36 getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Piotr Kozlowski hit a great ball. With a little luck, Bir Garip Oyun's Yağız Uluberk got control of the ball when Piotr Kozlowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piotr Kozlowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Bir Garip Oyun's goal looked a bit too open when Przemyslaw Czerniejewski came free, but Yağız Uluberk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, FC Gdansk36's Przemyslaw Czerniejewski made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yağız Uluberk was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute Robert Marchefka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağız Uluberk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yağız Uluberk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Czerniejewski in the 70th minute of play. Yağız Uluberk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Marchefka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Przemyslaw Czerniejewski came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the FC Gdansk36 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Przemyslaw Czerniejewski couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC Gdansk36's Grzegorz Obuchowicz got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes Bir Garip Oyun got a freekick which was hit by Enginsu Yağızkurt. Bedir Akbayrak hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Bir Garip Oyun's Yağız Uluberk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Przemyslaw Czerniejewski in the 89th minute of play. With his leg Zbyszko Makarewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Bir Garip Oyun's Behçet Canol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FC Gdansk36's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
