Roberto Monserrat charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Monserrat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hüseyin Can Dağasan struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. John Locke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andırın SK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 19th minute of play forced Andırın SK's goalkeeper Naci Talha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Naci Talha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Froilan Jatsu came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the SAN LORENZO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Froilan Jatsu couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's Erubiel Lano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naci Talha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Cordarrell in the 25th minute of play forced Andırın SK's goalkeeper Naci Talha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Locke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Can Dağasan in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Quinito during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Andırın SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SAN LORENZO FC:s goal. In the 41st minute there was a penalty for SAN LORENZO FC. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, John Locke successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 45th minute Ciriaco Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naci Talha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şükrü Yücelay to make the kick off. Berkin Tanpınar made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SAN LORENZO FC's Raimundo Domiku. John Locke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Can Dağasan in the 63rd minute of play. SAN LORENZO FC's Ruperto Erlantz was substituted for Justino Quinito. Andırın SK's Naci Talha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Lano in the 73rd minute of play. John Locke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüseyin Can Dağasan in the 75th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Raimundo Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN LORENZO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Domiku was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Castel in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naci Talha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute SAN LORENZO FC were awarded a corner. Marcelo Michael went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on SAN LORENZO FC's corner Marcelo Michael fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Naci Talha quite easily take care of the ball. Naci Talha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Castel in the 87th minute of play. When the match was over SAN LORENZO FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Andırın SK throughout the match.
