Spectators: 7684 (Terracing: 5764, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gert Sterckx started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wart Decremer during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Invictus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wart Decremer to maneuver through the defense. Linghed Angels FC's Algot Ennegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Sterckx in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Jörgen Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sammy Candries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algot Ennegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart De Keyser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Jörgen Magnusson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sammy Candries to make any attempt to save it. Lennart De Keyser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Algot Ennegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Lennart De Keyser who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Linghed Angels FC's Algot Ennegren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sammy Candries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Askestät, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lennart De Keyser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Algot Ennegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart De Keyser in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Magnusson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sammy Candries was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Algot Ennegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Sterckx in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Jonathan De Smet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Kurt Askestät dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sammy Candries, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Kai Havertz took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Sammy Candries to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

In the 72nd minute, Kurt Askestät made a precise shot to the right of Sammy Candries. Invictus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart De Keyser in the 93rd minute of play forced Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper Algot Ennegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
