Spectators: 7054 (Terracing: 5280, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fermin Mingo started the match with the kick off. Fermin Mingo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Niklas Sauter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Kismi having to interfere. Kerimhan Sökmen charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kerimhan Sökmen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cirilo Urki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C. A. Atlanta's Arnoldo Kismi. 0-1. After 14 played minutes C. A. Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Eate. When SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Cirilo Urki in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. Arnoldo Kismi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Urki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a freekick which was hit by Zheng Ting Di. When Cirilo Urki came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Urki couldn't finish the play. Cirilo Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Kismi having to interfere. If Cirilo Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cirilo Urki was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Dolfos in the 53rd minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Niklas Sauter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Artizar hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Cirilo Urki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnoldo Kismi. The goal made the score 1-2. After 59 minutes, Iker Dolfos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Atlanta and the SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Dolfos to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Cirilo Urki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnoldo Kismi. Cirilo Urki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The supporters of C. A. Atlanta booed when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Tempels didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 79 in the game by Cirilo Urki from a close distance when the talented Arnoldo Kismi managed to make a qualified save. C. A. Atlanta's players were relieved. Arnoldo Kismi made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Cirilo Urki sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th match minute, C. A. Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Eate to maneuver through the defense. If Cirilo Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cirilo Urki hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
