In the 24th minute, Dumitru Ghionescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olimpiu Cenușă during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Muget was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. SuperDepor's Petru Ghiciușca got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 29 minutes, Ferdinand Şania managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuperDepor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinand Şania was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alex Crâșmaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Măliță in the 31st minute of the match. Ferdinand Şania sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind SuperDepor's goalkeeper Alex Crâșmaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iordache Arșanu in the 48th minute of play forced Muget's goalkeeper Daniel Cenușă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The player immediately received a yellow card. 63 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Şania recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Cenușă. Ferdinand Şania showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Horea Cenușă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Alex Crâșmaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Crâșmaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Muget booed when SuperDepor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Ghiciușca didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the SuperDepor players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
