Higinio Romano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anibal Aritza firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Rodolfo Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Romano got free with Anibal Aritza in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anibal Aritza made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Higinio Romano sent off a good shot on target. Tudor Buga kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Anibal Aritza acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Remigio Santiago. In the 21st minute, George Pãduret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anier Venceslao was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, FC Truseni's George Pãduret got a free kick in the 25th minute. Anier Venceslao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Pãduret in the 27th minute of the match. Higinio Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Aritza having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Abalos came free, but Anibal Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Volvio Moreno's Remigio Santiago got a free kick in the 35th minute. Anibal Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Anibal Aritza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Abalos in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goalkeeper Anibal Aritza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Higinio Romano. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Pãduret stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sandu Perju kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Anibal Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Romano in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Pãduret got free with Anier Venceslao in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When FC Truseni's George Pãduret in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Volvio Moreno's goalie prevented a goal. Tudor Tãrâtã recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute Higinio Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Pãduret kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 65thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Volvio Moreno's keeper Anier Venceslao was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. When Ambrosio Mano came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Volvio Moreno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Mano couldn't finish the play. George Pãduret's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Anier Venceslao skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eugen Tabãrã kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Romano in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, FC Truseni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Briceag to maneuver through the defense. Volvio Moreno's Anier Venceslao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Volvio Moreno from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Romano came free, but Anibal Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugen Tabãrã hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Volvio Moreno's Rodolfo Abalos got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Truseni booed when Volvio Moreno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Lleir didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Volvio Moreno's zone, Tudor Buga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Venceslao came out of the goal and Tudor Buga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Abalos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Anibal Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Truseni supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Truseni would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
