An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Verbeek in the 17th minute of play forced 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Wachna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Verbeek came free, but Eugeniusz Wachna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Edward Verbeek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Wachna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbigniew Zaworski during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Niels-Jan Carels kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radoslaw Banach was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Lucjan Sokol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 2kC Poznań's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lemel SV the free kick. When Radoslaw Banach came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the 2kC Poznań fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radoslaw Banach couldn't finish the play. Radoslaw Banach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Sokol in the 70th minute of play forced Lemel SV's goalkeeper Raymond Bos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74thth minute of the game Lucjan Sokol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lemel SV's Raymond Bos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 2kC Poznań's Eugeniusz Wachna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save 2kC Poznań from getting a goal against them. Eugeniusz Wachna made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Edward Verbeek sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Radoslaw Banach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raymond Bos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Lucjan Sokol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Bos having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niels-Jan Carels during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
