Hristo Botev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Tabb having to interfere. Serafino Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hristo Botev in the 18th minute of the match. FC Dundee were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Platense es de Primera!!'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martin Mendoza took the corner. Peeter Bonetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pes in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Platense es de Primera!! got a corner. FC Dundee's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonzalo Bartoli ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Dionisio Cidro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Peeter Bonetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pes in the 26th minute of the match. If Valdo Orumets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Dundee's Peeter Bonetti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save FC Dundee from getting a goal against them. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimeno Nel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 83rd minute Jimeno Nel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peeter Bonetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jaime Pes fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Platense es de Primera!!'s protests and gave Jaime Pes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Dundee getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Hristo Botev hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Jaime Pes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peeter Bonetti was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Peeter Bonetti came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Platense es de Primera!!'s Jaime Pes. But to his dismay, Jaime Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Platense es de Primera!! were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Dundee for a fine match.
