In the 11th minute Zuberbühler FC were awarded a corner. Jacinto Sidro went to the cornerflag to take it. 15 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Derk Borst sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Vedillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Volvimos mejores's goalkeeper Jeremias Vedillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeremias Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derk Borst in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, one of Volvimos mejores:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Volvimos mejores.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eurico Lima to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Zuberbühler FC's Derk Borst ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jeremias Vedillo. Jeremias Vedillo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Zuberbühler FC's Julio Gipuzkoa was substituted for Derk Borst. Zuberbühler FC's German Tonete was substituted for Constantino Galindo. 64 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Lima came free, but 龚扬强 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 龚扬强 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eurico Lima went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Volvimos mejores's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Neto came free, but Jeremias Vedillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Volvimos mejores supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zuberbühler FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Zuberbühler FC.
