When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Greger Belkå sped through Mijdrecht Maffia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mirko Vervoort. Gunnar Belkå showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pieter de Zwart, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Sven Belkå kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskars Belkå in the 94th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Mijdrecht Maffia's Gunnar Belkå threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gert Smits, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mijdrecht Maffia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
