Spectators: 8065 (Terracing: 6050, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodney Urbina took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, C. A. Independiente's Rodney Urbina got a free kick in the 4th minute. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Atak Ferdi put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Miguel Ángel Santoro. Jamal Higgins hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes C. A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Hayden Winslow. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atak Ferdi in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Ángel Santoro saved C. A. Independiente from getting behind. In the 18th minute of the match FC LIVERPOOL got a corner. C. A. Independiente's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Big Fe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Big Fe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C. A. Independiente's Miguel Ángel Santoro did a great save. Dan Rowell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Miguel Ángel Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Ángel Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atak Ferdi in the 26th minute of play. If Atak Ferdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Thompson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrad Carrington, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Miguel Ángel Santoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atak Ferdi in the 33rd minute of play. Dan Rowell succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 34th playminute. In the 40th minute, Dan Rowell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, C. A. Independiente's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jamal Higgins fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Big Fe, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Atak Ferdi came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC LIVERPOOL's Dan Rowell got a free kick in the 55th minute. FC LIVERPOOL's Dean Sercombe was substituted for Piotr Malarczyk. The supporters of C. A. Independiente booed when FC LIVERPOOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Rowell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dan Rowell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Ángel Santoro having to interfere. When Atak Ferdi came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the FC LIVERPOOL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atak Ferdi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atak Ferdi in the 64th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Independiente's Miguel Ángel Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Eneko in the 72nd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Atak Ferdi came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atak Ferdi in the 78th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Eneko came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, FC LIVERPOOL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Fingers to maneuver through the defense. When Jonny Fingers fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC LIVERPOOL's protests and gave Jonny Fingers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Jonny Fingers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Claudio Arzeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Thompson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodney Urbina went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Independiente's zone, Wilfredo Eneko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Ángel Santoro came out of the goal and Wilfredo Eneko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Eneko came free, but Miguel Ángel Santoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atak Ferdi in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Ángel Santoro saved C. A. Independiente from getting behind.
