Hahay's Aigeus Milionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamal Higgins in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Atak Ferdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aigeus Milionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piotr Malarczyk's late challenge caught a Hahay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Piotr Malarczyk helped the player get up and apologised. Piotr Malarczyk hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes, Steve Gerrard mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hahay's goalkeeper Aigeus Milionis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jamal Higgins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aigeus Milionis was relentless in the 70th minute of the game.
