Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6010, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) After 4 minutes, Victor Martxot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gep FC and the The Underdogs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Gep FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Martxot to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Ben Snel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cornelio Nardo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Gep FC from getting a goal against them. Meindert Jonkman hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Rosendo Mincho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Paul Daalmeyer skillfully saved the ball. Gep FC's Ali Yılmaz got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Bartolomucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a little luck, Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo got control of the ball when Shao Hui Li tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Denny Haan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximino Atauri during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of The Underdogs booed when Gep FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Nardo made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Shao Hui Li sent off a good shot on target. Cornelio Nardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shao Hui Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shao Hui Li recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Gep FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Nardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shao Hui Li. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Bartolomucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denny Haan was the one to do the kick off. If Shao Hui Li had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Godfried de Boer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64thth minute of the game Shao Hui Li who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Underdogs's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save The Underdogs from getting a goal against them. Victor Martxot hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Victor Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th match minute, Gep FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Martxot to maneuver through the defense. Victor Martxot kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Maximiliano Nalo's late challenge caught a The Underdogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Nalo helped the player get up and apologised. The Underdogs's Johan Fransen was substituted for Gerard van den Eede. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Gep FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of The Underdogs:s goal. 74 minutes into the match, Denny Haan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelio Nardo. Gep FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denny Haan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Fransen in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Nardo saved Gep FC from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Gep FC's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antonello Bartolomucci, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 83rdth minute of the game Johan Fransen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Antonello Bartolomucci sent off a good shot on target. Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denny Haan in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Brito Montemayor notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Gep FC's Cornelio Nardo. Cornelio Nardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Denny Haan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Nardo having to interfere. The supporters of Gep FC booed when The Underdogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfried de Boer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rosendo Mincho. Gep FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
