Het Koffiehuis's Jiang Kun Liang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Het Koffiehuis from getting a goal against them. Tord Waller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Oolo in the 16th minute of play. Jiang Kun Liang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baptiste Demestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Gabriele Koffidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Waller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jiang Kun Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaël Rats in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Golo Oolo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Het Koffiehuis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Golo Oolo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Amadieu in the 32nd minute of play forced Het Koffiehuis's goalkeeper Jiang Kun Liang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golo Oolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tord Waller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Tord Waller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Schepmans in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goal looked a bit too open when Ritchie Schepmans came free, but Tord Waller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tord Waller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golo Oolo in the 42nd minute of the match. When Omar Cardot fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Le Stade Briochin UC's protests and gave Omar Cardot a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Cardot kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Het Koffiehuis's Nuh Özgunes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Le Stade Briochin UC.
Tord Waller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Golo Oolo in the 52nd minute. Ritchie Schepmans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Tord Waller made a huge save. In the 59th minute Golo Oolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Waller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Het Koffiehuis's goal looked a bit too open when Gaël Rats came free, but Jiang Kun Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Le Stade Briochin UC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Fred Smidts scored to the left of an out of position Tord Waller, making the score, 0-3. The Het Koffiehuis supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Het Koffiehuis would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
