København's goalkeeper Pierre Nordenkrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Egg Chasers FC's Jasper Delamore in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C. Rex Attenborough hit a great ball. After having played for 7 minutes, Zakarias Bessermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. København's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zakarias Bessermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute Jasper Delamore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Nordenkrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 played minutes F.C. København got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Devrim İltan. 15 minutes into the match, Kenny Duckworth sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Pierre Nordenkrone threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Kenny Duckworth this time. After a rather tough play, F.C. København's Luís da Mata got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 20 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Whieldon. 26 minutes into the game, F.C. København's Hansmorten Hjaltason nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabien Barthez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Matthew Brookman scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierre Nordenkrone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Nicholas Hulvej came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the F.C. København fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicholas Hulvej couldn't finish the play. Pierre Nordenkrone made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Matthew Brookman sent off a good shot on target. Zakarias Bessermann hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Kenny Duckworth struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Pierre Nordenkrone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Egg Chasers FC. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When Des Wicks fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Egg Chasers FC's protests and gave Des Wicks a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Des Wicks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Fervø kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Kenny Duckworth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pierre Nordenkrone skillfully saved the ball. If Jasper Delamore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Polkoski. The audience was convinced that Joel Groom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierre Nordenkrone was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Egg Chasers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kenny Duckworth in the 71st minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Des Wicks got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. København's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Brookman came free, but Pierre Nordenkrone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Polkoski in the 77th minute of the match. Des Wicks struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Pierre Nordenkrone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Egg Chasers FC. 86 minutes into the game, Freddy Fervø was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. København's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egg Chasers FC the free kick. Kenny Duckworth took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pierre Nordenkrone. F.C. København's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 88th minute, Des Wicks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Egg Chasers FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zakarias Bessermann was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C. København's players had a chance to rest. Zakarias Bessermann made a great header on F.C. København's corner, it was just that Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez managed to reach the ball for a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
