Leonardo Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Crescencio having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Ramiro Florinio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodoro Santana, 1-0. Teodoro Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Baumar in the 24th minute. Bernardino Baumar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Teodoro Santana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ambrosio Viviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Baumar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Leonardo Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Godfredo Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerardo Balendin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Santana having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Florinio came free, but Teodoro Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Balendin in the 74th minute of the match. When Leonardo Pernambucano fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leripe Lifestyle's protests and gave Leonardo Pernambucano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Leripe Lifestyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Leripe Lifestyle made a substitution. Leripe Lifestyle's Teodoro Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Florinio in the 86th minute of play. Teodoro Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Leripe Lifestyle's Sam Huveneers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godfredo Crescencio. That made the score 2-1 after 94 minutes of play. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
