In the 3rd minute Robbie Yom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Mikael Lustig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 8th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Celedonio Kemen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sergio Goycochea, 1-0. Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Bartoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Sergio Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 18th minute. After 19 minutes, Lars-Erik Klemensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Hackspett U21 and the FC Klavertje Vier players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes FC Hackspett U21 got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Klemensson. Celedonio Kemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Sergio Goycochea made a huge save. FC Hackspett U21's Sergio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Rutgeerts in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Bento in the 30th minute of play forced FC Hackspett U21's goalkeeper Sergio Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Hackspett U21's attentive Fred Ånger managed to snatch the ball when Willy Van de Goor made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. FC Hackspett U21's Sergio Goycochea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save FC Hackspett U21 from getting a goal against them. Sergio Goycochea made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Eustaquio Bartoli sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Klavertje Vier's zone, Palle Paalgard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zabulón Carabajal came out of the goal and Palle Paalgard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sergio Goycochea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Kemen's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Celedonio Kemen put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sergio Goycochea. Sergio Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celedonio Kemen in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, FC Hackspett U21's goalkeeper Sergio Goycochea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Bartoli. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivar Brask made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Ivar Brask hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Goycochea came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Eustaquio Bartoli. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Bartoli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. FC Klavertje Vier's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Georges-Philippe Jooris in the 59th minute. The corner ended in Georges-Philippe Jooris almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Hackspett U21's Sergio Goycochea did a great save. 61 minutes into the match, FC Hackspett U21's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Bartoli came free, but Sergio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute FC Klavertje Vier were awarded a corner. Georges-Philippe Jooris went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Klavertje Vier's corner Georges-Philippe Jooris fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sergio Goycochea quite easily take care of the ball. Sergio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Rutgeerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. A collision led to FC Hackspett U21 getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Otto Billberg hit a great ball. FC Klavertje Vier's Georges-Philippe Jooris got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robbie Yom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Goycochea having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Eustaquio Bartoli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hackspett U21's Sergio Goycochea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sergio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Rutgeerts in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, FC Klavertje Vier's Celedonio Kemen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergio Goycochea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 91 minutes into the game, Georges-Philippe Jooris threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Hackspett U21's Fred Ånger quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sergio Goycochea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Kemen in the 93rd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Klavertje Vier had played much better football throughout.
