After a rather tough play, Absoliut's Albinas Spudys got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Arturo Pirro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vaclovas Jurkus skillfully saved the ball. Paolo Obeko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algitas Girkantas in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Algitas Girkantas came free, but Paolo Obeko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ganyo Zhdrakov hit a great ball. Paolo Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldas Nutautas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Absoliut were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Algitas Girkantas took the corner. Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paolo Obeko in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vaclovas Jurkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Luke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Obeko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algitas Girkantas in the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Saul Luke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Luke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Obeko. Paolo Obeko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Ovidio Pabla made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a corner. Absoliut's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saul Luke ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s corner Saul Luke fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vaclovas Jurkus quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algitas Girkantas in the 54th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paolo Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Ovidijus Andrišiūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 played minutes Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Linus Abrahamsson. After a defensive mix-up in Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s zone, Algitas Girkantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Obeko came out of the goal and Algitas Girkantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Luke got free with Vaclovas Jurkus in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ovidio Pabla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vaclovas Jurkus firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jaime Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Vaclovas Jurkus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldas Nutautas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Obeko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidijus Andrišiūnas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Obeko having to make a save. Algitas Girkantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Paolo Obeko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Algitas Girkantas came free, but Paolo Obeko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algitas Girkantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paolo Obeko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. If Ovidijus Andrišiūnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Absoliut fans cheered their team off the field, for while Atletas Campesinos F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
