Seraċini Għawdxin's Clayton Gerada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Lia in the 40th minute of play. Antoine Bugelli hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Miggiani came free, but Dave Cole reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match Seraċini Għawdxin got a corner. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. German Lia was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Lia in the 53rd minute of play forced Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Clayton Gerada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clayton Gerada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korhan Türkol in the 55th minute. Clayton Gerada was a little too slow when Korhan Türkol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. Clayton Gerada came out of the goal and Anselmo Millano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Seraċini Għawdxin's Clayton Gerada got control of the ball when Korhan Türkol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Korhan Türkol struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Clayton Gerada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Exequiel Zeballos in the 74th minute. Clayton Gerada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Millano in the 91st minute of the match. In the 94th minute ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ were awarded a corner. Exequiel Zeballos went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Exequiel Zeballos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Seraċini Għawdxin's Clayton Gerada did a great save. Korhan Türkol kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
