Clayton Gerada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Lia in the 15th minute of the match. Korhan Türkol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clayton Gerada having to make a save. In the 17th minute Korhan Türkol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clayton Gerada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clayton Gerada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korhan Türkol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reuben Caruana hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Clayton Gerada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Lia in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Angelino Cristofor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korhan Türkol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Korhan Türkol in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Clayton Gerada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Antoine Bugelli kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Giorgio Laferla made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Silvestre Cuartio. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Clayton Gerada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Dave Cole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Buttigieg in the 44th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and German Lia made a kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Korhan Türkol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seraċini Għawdxin's Clayton Gerada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Reuben Caruana put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Seraċini Għawdxin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Lia in the 56th minute of play forced Seraċini Għawdxin's goalkeeper Clayton Gerada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Richard Pavia from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Dave Cole's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
