The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Mitschullen SSA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Purple Talents:s goal. In the 13th minute, Donato Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristiaan Van den Haute in the 15th minute of play forced Mitschullen SSA's goalkeeper Damazy Popowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitschullen SSA's Damazy Popowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricky Waegemans in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Bartlomiej Kisielka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mitschullen SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purple Talents the free kick. A collision led to Mitschullen SSA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. In the 30th match minute, Mitschullen SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Tabor to maneuver through the defense. When Ab Ba came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Mitschullen SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ab Ba couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute Kristiaan Van den Haute shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Popowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Qiu Feng Guo made a precise shot to the right of Damazy Popowicz. Mitschullen SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reemy Godefroid got free with Damazy Popowicz in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
