Tiaguinho Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiu Feng Guo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Clube do Remo MZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor de Sena in the 14th minute. Victor de Sena made a great header on Clube do Remo MZ's corner, it was just that Purple Talents's Steve Van der Veeken managed to reach the ball for a save. Steve Van der Veeken made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Mário Maia sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute, Enrique Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Feng Guo came free, but Tiaguinho Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricky Waegemans in the 26th minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Jelle Manaers got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Clube do Remo MZ! 39 minutes into the game, Qiu Feng Guo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tiaguinho Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kristiaan Van den Haute hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Clube do Remo MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizão Vides to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 47 minutes, Yvan Loos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Purple Talents's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yvan Loos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 51st match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Doriva Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Pinho to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiu Feng Guo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Netto saved Clube do Remo MZ from getting behind. Luiz Fernando Britto hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Qiu Feng Guo scored 0-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiaguinho Netto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Doriva Pinho scored 1-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steve Van der Veeken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Feng Guo came free, but Tiaguinho Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allan da Silveira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Qiu Feng Guo might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiaguinho Netto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Qiu Feng Guo ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiaguinho Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiu Feng Guo in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Feng Guo came free, but Tiaguinho Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Qiu Feng Guo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiaguinho Netto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Reemy Godefroid took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Netto. Tiaguinho Netto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. The Clube do Remo MZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Purple Talents were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
