With a little luck, River CBBA's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol got control of the ball when Xabier 黄忠 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 3rd minute Husni Sobarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Khairul Swee cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Joel Cresenciano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dragoş Socoriceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Husni Sobarna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uum Bel in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khairul Swee in the 21st minute of play forced Lucky Star's goalkeeper Joel Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Abarca in the 28th minute of the match. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Xabier 黄忠 sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Khairul Swee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khairul Swee, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Joel Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Abarca in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute of the match River CBBA got a corner. Lucky Star's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tobias Abarca ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 45th match minute, Lucky Star was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Socoriceanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th match minute, River CBBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Moizuk to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Emílio Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khairul Swee got free with Joel Cresenciano in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 58 minutes into the game, Tobias Abarca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joel Cresenciano. Tobias Abarca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. A collision led to Lucky Star getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Teddy Bear hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Fedro Budjana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Tobias Abarca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Khairul Swee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Cresenciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Joel Cresenciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khairul Swee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, Lucky Star was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xabier 黄忠 to maneuver through the defense. Lucky Star's Joel Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Abarca in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Lucky Star's goal looked a bit too open when Khairul Swee came free, but Joel Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. River CBBA's Tobias Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. River CBBA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
