Adriano Tolin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Ciruel Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Gläsel came free, but Jacob Alavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Jamal Gläsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacob Alavedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamal Gläsel, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Ciruel Academy booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Gläsel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Grijander scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Tolin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Adriano Tolin made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Lucas Grijander sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Henrik Jobst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciruel Academy were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after DJK Füchtel Vechta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Glenn Sommers took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ciruel Academy's corner Glenn Sommers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adriano Tolin quite easily take care of the ball. In the 64th minute Peter Bührer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Grijander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Lucas Grijander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Tolin was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coronel Durango got free with Adriano Tolin in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Bührer in the 78th minute of play. After 79 minutes Ciruel Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felix Agu who took care of the corner kick. When Glenn Sommers fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciruel Academy's protests and gave Glenn Sommers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Ciruel Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glenn Sommers to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrik Jobst during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ciruel Academy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
