The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Adriano Tolin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Przemyslaw Dabrowski. In the 4th match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Karbownik to maneuver through the defense. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Adriano Tolin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the match, DJK Füchtel Vechta's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Dorigatti came free, but Adriano Tolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Adriano Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Dorigatti in the 10th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Przemyslaw Dabrowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adriano Tolin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ren Zhan Cheng hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Adriano Tolin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Dorigatti went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 27 minutes, Waclaw Bierfass mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MKS Mazur Ełk and the DJK Füchtel Vechta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to MKS Mazur Ełk getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Waclaw Bierfass hit a great ball. Armando Dorigatti struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Adriano Tolin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MKS Mazur Ełk. Adriano Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Dorigatti in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoph Tiede during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Christoph Tiede got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Cezary Sitko made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Christoph Tiede sent off a good shot on target. Adriano Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Przemyslaw Dabrowski in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of MKS Mazur Ełk booed when DJK Füchtel Vechta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoph Tiede didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes MKS Mazur Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Jamal Musiala. In the 77th minute, Jamal Musiala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's goalkeeper Cezary Sitko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoph Tiede. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ren Zhan Cheng hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Jamal Musiala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Henrik Jobst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jamal Musiala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adriano Tolin. DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Armando Dorigatti came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the MKS Mazur Ełk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Dorigatti couldn't finish the play. MKS Mazur Ełk's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
